1. ConsULTING

1.1. A.P.P.C.C.

Design, implementation and maintenence of ARCCP systems in all sectors of the food and agriculture business, from primary production to delivery to the client including everything from packaging to distribution to transportation.

ARCCP systems are no longer novel as they have been demonstrated to be the best tool available to assure that no harm is done to the food product during its journey from farm to table.

The stages that must be followed for its correct application are the following:

  1. Definition of the terms of reference (training of the work team, purpose and aim, objective and scope, description of instalation and equipment, product course).
  2. Description of the product and its expected use.
  3. Creation of flow charts.
  4. Description of the manufacture process.
  5. On-site verification of the flow chart.
  6. Identification of associated risks with each stage of the process and of all the preventative measures for these risks.
  7. Identification of the critical control points (CCP), applying the decision tree to each risk.
  8. Establishment of the critical limits for each CCP and monitoring systems for each CCP.
  9. Establishment of corrective actions or measures.
  10. Management teams.
  11. System verification.

The extensive experience of Quimicral's technicians allows us create APPCC quality-control manuals compliant with industry standards, efficient and above all easy to manage for those who are really going to use them, the employees of the client business.

We are convinced that it is completely useless to provide large, dense works which will only collect dust in storage rooms. We ensure that our quality-control manuals are useful, as it is for this purpose that a business invests their economic funds.

1.2. International Regulations

Assessment of food quality control, including the IFS and BRC international regulations.

Recently introduced in Spain, but with a wide application throughout the most advanced regions of Europe, the IFS (International Food Standard, German) and BRC (British Retail Consortium, British) regulations are without a doubt the immediate future of Food Security.

With requirements that are much more strict than those of the ARCCP, the implementation of these regulations requires a great effort in all senses of the word, but the possibilities they open for businesses are immense.

Quimicral assesses the implementation conditions up to the certification of procedures.
