3. TRAINING

3.1. Food Handlers

As in most aspects, the training of food handlers is the foundation for achieving food safety, a reality which highlights the current applicable law (Royal Decree 202/2000). Quimicral is an authorized training center of food handlers in all sectors of the industry in several different Autonomous Communities, such as Madrid, Castilla la Mancha, and Galicia, with a strong team of extensive experience and installations adequate for training purposes. Additionally, courses can be given on the grounds of the client's business if they wish and if they have a certain number of students.

Within the margin of the strictly regulated training, businesses may solicit the presentation of courses on more specific areas, such as Cleaning and Disinfecting, Residue Management, Good Food Handling Techniques, etc, entirely personalized the needs of the client.

Certificate of manipulator

3.2. APPCC.

These are post-graduate courses which are entirely practical for and focused on professionals in the food and agriculture industry with quality control responsibilities, or on students or graduates of Health Sciences.

The ARCCP courses are constructed to present complete ideas on the elaboration and design of quality employee manuals, focusing above all on the assimilation of information by means of practical exercises in the simple transmission of knowledge from professor to student. The important part is to know what needs to be done to manage an ARCCP, and this is emphasized throughout the course.

3.3. The BRC and IFS International Laws.

In same line as the above courses, Quimicral also provides focused training in the understanding and "translation" of the BFC and IFS laws regarding Food Safety. These are also considered post-graduate courses.
